Yeah...so this might just be a little picky and all, but shouldn't Knuckles' species just be Echidna? He's part of the Knuckles clan and all that, but there are other Echidnas besides just those. We don't say "oh my species is American" or anything like that. At least, we shouldn't...and it does mention in the article proper what his clan is. So yeah.--David The Lurker 17:48, 12 December 2009 (UTC)

:*shrug*. I was just going for consistency with reference to Shade, Ix, Emerl, Eggrobo... seems pointless to not specify tribal grouping when the format of the character template forces upon one the space in which to do so. Also, 4,000 years of mutual genetic isolation might indeed render the Nocturnus and Knuckles tribes genetically distinct. So yeah.--Frozen Nitrogen 18:09, 12 December 2009 (UTC)

::Hmmm...well, if you want to get even more picky, Eggrobo and Gizond do it slightly different. But I kinda like the way they go about it. It says they're a robot, then puts the specifics in parentheses. So maybe it should be listed for Knuckles as "Echidna (Knuckles Clan)." Then Shade would be "Echidna (Nocturnus Clan)" and so on. I don't know. Just an idea.--David The Lurker 21:20, 12 December 2009 (UTC)
