Wacky Workbench can only be accessed through the level select screen, and is the first stage that can't be completed without debug mode. Nevertheless, while it's missing a few important objects and rings, it looks the part.
Act 1
You can't be frozen by the blue flames in the 510 prototype, because they don't exist yet.
Most of the giant ring resides inside this solid area.
