The November 20th 1993 build of Sonic the Hedgehog 3 is a prototype of Sonic the Hedgehog 3 for the Sega Mega Drive. It was released by drx during the February 23rd, 2008 proto release.
The contents of this build are the same as the final US build; the only notable difference is that there is no header memo.
