Cheat Codes
These are cheat codes for Sonic Mega Collection Plus which can be accessed by inputting button sequences or by various other methods.
Playstation 2 and X Box Versions
- Change Screen Size: Press in the right joystick while playing to toggle the size of the screen. This is most noticible on the the Game Gear games but will work on the Mega Drive games also.
Unlockables
It is only nessesary to start a game and can be exited shortly afterwards. No actual gameplay is nessessary.
- Comic Zone: Have a save of Sonic Heroes or play the genesis games 50 times.
- The Ooze: Have a save of Sonic Heroes or unlock Knuckles in Sonic 2, Sonic 3 & Knuckles, Blue Sphere, and Flicky.
- Blue Sphere: Play Sonic the Hedgehog and Sonic 3D Blast 20 times each.
- Knuckles in Sonic 2: Play Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and Sonic Spinball 20 times each.
- Sonic 3 & Knuckles: Play Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Sonic & Knuckles 20 times each.
- Flicky: Play Dr Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine 30 times.
- Ristar: Play Blue Sphere, Knuckles in Sonic 2, Sonic 3 and Knuckles, and Flicky 30 times each.
