The Sonic 3D: Flickies' Island Test Plan is an Excel spreadsheet used by game testers to keep track of which aspects of the game have been checked for programming or design errors. Although Sonic 3D was developed by Traveller's Tales in the UK, this document uses the terms "Sonic 3D Blast" and "Genesis", referring to the American market.
