President's aide is an elderly man who works for the President in Sonic the Movie. He is the only other human character in the film that has an on screen cameo (albeit a small one). He appears to be a meek and lowly individual.
In the Japanese version he is voiced by Akimitsu Takase.
Story
When Hyper Metal Sonic starts to attack the city, someone offscreen notifies the President that Green Lake city was flooded and Forest Town caught fire.
