James Carter Cathcart (usually credited as Carter Cathcart for voiceover roles) is a voice actor who also worked under the pseudonym Jimmy Zoppi (which he used in Sonic X). He left 4Kids Entertainment in 2006 and as such, his role of Vector was inherited by Dan Green. Aside from voice acting, he is also a scriptwriter for the dub of Pokemon, as well as a musician.
