Dark Guardian is a boss in Sonic Unleashed. He looks menacingly big when you first see him, then you realize he is actually short for a boss.
To beat him, it involves pushing blocks to the other side. There is a blue path, where the block is moved to a place is disintegrated, thus hurting him. Once all three blocks are pushed to the end, he will be so weak that a single punch will kill him.
He will swing his mallet at you to hurt you while you do this. Fences will also rise and fall changing the way to push the block to the end.
