DuelGens running Sonic 3D Blast in Windows.

DualGens is a modified version of Gens by QJimbo. It is a useful tool in helping to compare differences between ROMS. It was developed specifically to compare beta ROMS to their final counterparts. Instructions to run it are included in the download. The release thread can be found
