DuelGens running Sonic 3D Blast in Windows.

DualGens is a modified version of Gens by Qjimbo. It is a useful tool in helping to compare differences between ROMS. It was developed specifically to compare beta ROMS to their final counterparts. Instructions to run it are included in the download.
