Back to: Sonic Spinball (8-bit).

From the options screen:

Play sound effects 0, 9, 0, 1, 6, 8. You can then pause and hold to move Sonic anywhere.

Play sound effects 0, 5, 0, 3, 6, 0.

Play sound effects 0, 2, 2, 7, 6, 9.

Play sound effects 0, 9, 1, 2, 5, 4.

Play sound effects 0, 8, 0, 7, 7, 1.

Play sound effects 0, 2, 1, 1, 6, 6.

Play sound effects 0, 2, 1, 5, 6, 6. You can then pause and press while playing the game to go to the next level.

Play sound effects 0, 3, 1, 1, 5, 5.

Play sound effects 0, 3, 1, 9, 6, 8.

Play sound effects 1, 0, 1, 3, 6, 7.

Play sound effects 0, 4, 1, 9, 6, 4.

Play sound effects 0, 8, 2, 7, 6, 6.

Play sound effects 0, 4, 2, 9, 6, 4.

Play sound effects 0, 5, 1, 3, 7, 0.
