The original Sonic Adventure was rushed to the market in Japan and had several bugs and unimplemented features. When it was released in the US it fixed several of these bugs and included several additions. This is the same as that version, with added features.
Notebly, complete English and Japanese language voice tracks are included, as well as subtitles in English, German, French, and Spanish. There is also a more solid framerate, tweaked cameras, additional voice clips and a number of new download contests (some country-specific).
