Secret Base Zone is the second zone in Sonic Advance. This industrial base features hooks swinging from the ceiling, tubes, steam tops and lava fills; most of these resemble Metropolis Zone from Sonic the Hedgehog 2.
Unique effects
The very first part of Act 1 has an interesting floodlight effect, later used in Sonic Advance 2's Ice Paradise Zone.
