Etsuko Kozakura (小桜 エツコ, born February 22, 1971) is a female seiyū born in Mizuho, Nishitama district, Tokyo. Her real name is Kumi Domon (土門 久美, née Uchino 内野). She is representative of talent agency Little・Portal and has a business partnership with talent agency Dandelion.
