With 'Secret Plant Zone Boss 2 , found in Secret Plant Zone, Eggman's in a floating vehicle with two levitating spike equipped panels at his side. He is stationairy but the platforms rotate when jumped on. To damage him you must jump from the platforms to hit Eggman on top. He will also try to pelt you with shots from the cannon located in front of his vehicle.
