RedHotSonic2 is a hack of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 by redhotsonic. It was the first hack created by redhotsonic.
Information
Started in early 2004, this hack features Red Hot Sonic and another fan-character Jet Pack Tails. Several versions were released (0.50, .60, .70, .80 and then finally 0.90). RHS2 started off bad (especially with the palettes) but become more developed over time.
Development
Basically, this hack didn't use much ASM hacks, it featured palette changes, different level layouts, and some new art.
