Power Plant is exactly what its name is, the power plant of Grand Metropolis. It is also the name of an Action Stage in Sonic Heroes.
History
Once Team Sonic and Team Dark get to the end of Grand Metropolis, the floor they are standing on opens, and they fall down to Power Plant. Now all of the teams are forced to escape from the Power Plant, even if they might risk their lives, or even sacrifice them.
Missions
Team Sonic: Escape from the Power Plant.
Team Dark: Escape from the energy storage tank.
Team Rose: Catch up with Sonic.
Team Chaotix: Shut down three of the Gold Camerons.
