A Portal Gear is an item created by the Ancients in Sonic Frontiers.
Overview
Portal Gears are items that can be collected from defeating bosses or by spending Purple Coins at a Fishing Spot. They are used to travel into Cyber Space so Sonic the Hedgehog can collect the Vault Keys he needs to gain Chaos Emeralds from the vaults.
