Pending Membership user bar
Pending Membership are members who just registered on the Sonic Retro forum but haven't yet taken further measures to gain full posting privileges. In order to gain Trial Membership they must plead their case in a validation forum. They have the ability to edit the wiki, and they have limited posting ability.
