These are cheat codes for Sonic Mega Collection which can be accessed by inputting button sequences or by various other methods.

The Ooze: Go to Options mode, and press (Japanese Version Only).
Comix Zone: Go to Manual mode and press and (Japanese Version Only).
Unlock Sonic 1 USA: Go to the Sonic 1 info screen and press .
Unlock Sonic 1 JPN (spike bug fix): Go to the Sonic 1 info screen and press .

Blue Sphere: Play Sonic the Hedgehog and Sonic 3d Blast 20 times each or have a Phantasy Star Online Episode I & II save file on your memory card.
Flicky: Play Dr Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine 30 times or have a Sonic Adventure 2 Battle save file on your memory card.
Sonic 2 & Knuckles: Play Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and Sonic Spinball 20 times each.
Sonic 3 & Knuckles: Play Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Sonic & Knuckles 20 times each.
Ristar: Play Blue Sphere, Knuckles in Sonic 2, Sonic 3 and Knuckles, and Flicky 30 times each.
