Bubbler's Mother is a badnik which was set to appear in Chemical Plant Zone. It's design was that of a three eyed fish. It would swim in the water past the players character and drop Bubbler badniks around him.
A sprite for Bubbler's mother was actually found in the Simon Wai prototype as can be seen on the left.
