This teeny-tiny article needs some work. You can help Sonic Retro by expanding it.

Blue Balls is an editor for Sonic 3 Special Stages made by nineko. Using The Sega Data Compressor and compressing it to the Kosinski format, however, allows you to build it into Sonic & Knuckles as well (though it's not recommended to do, yet).
