Boogey Man is a 3 eyed being which was created via Professor Von Schlemmers dream machine, which has the ability to turn dream beings into reality. The Boogey Man has great strength and can crash through a wall pretty easily. It can shoot electricity from it's fingers. After a battle with a rival monster it returns to Robotnik's brain.
