History

Sonic the Hedgehog (film)

He is the Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff who enlists the assistance of Dr. Robotnik to investigate the cause of the electromagnetic pulse (EMP) incident that caused a major blackout across the Pacific Northwest of the United States, strongly suspecting a terrorist attack. In reality, that EMP was accidently triggered by Sonic the Hedgehog when he involuntarily unleashed his power.

Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (film)

In the sequel, Walters became the commander of the Guardian Units of Nations. It is a global task force created after the San Francisco incident to deal with alien threats. Walters traveled to Hawaii to capture Sonic through using "Operation Catfish", though soon he had to deal with the bigger threat of Dr. Robotnik empowered by the Master Emerald. He was later informed after Robotnik's "death" that when wiping Robotnik off their data base they found coordinates. They led to a secret research facility, which Walters believes might be "Project Shadow".

Knuckles (Paramount TV series)

Upon Knuckles' departure from Green Hills, Agent Fairley attempted to inform Commander Walters about the problem, but was kicked through a ring portal to the Mushroom Planet by Agent Mason.
