Rolling Sonic finally makes his appearance on the Sega Logo, but he inverts the color of the logo.
1994 Sega copyright appears on the Title Screen.
Levels can be skipped by pressing or while the game is paused. You can also press to move Sonic anywhere.
The continue screen when you run out of lives is the same as final.
