<forumuser name="LocalH" /> LocalH entered the scene back in August 1999 with the submission of a few hoaxes to The Moogle Cavern. Later created the first ever Sonic 2 Beta hacking guide, which was merged with the much better one compiled by Nayr T'nargh. He was an admin at both Sonic Classic and Area 51, as well as the mastermind behind this whole information treasury thingy. He is the owner of The Sonic 2 Beta Page [1].
