hxc is a researcher in the Sonic Scene, he is inactive quite often, but does appear on the Sonic Retro, X-Cult and Senntientforums as well as a few IRC channels from time to time. He has a lot of interest in the cancelled Sonic game, Sonic X-treme and has had contact with a lot of the staff who worked on the game.
