<forumuser name="Alexbt" /> Alexbt has been an active member of the Sonic scene since February 2002. He participated on a smaller scale since the Sonic 2 Beta Anyboard in December 2000. Alex was a driving force overseeing many changes behind the scenes at Sonic Classic, and the early days at Sonic Retro.

Personal Life

Alex is a recent graduate of Rhode Island College ('10) in Providence, RI having pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Music; Concentration in Voice, Piano, and Musical Theatre Music Direction.

In his spare time, Alex enjoys music--participating in theatre, RIC Chorus, RIC Chamber Singers, and Jazz Combos. He is also the keyboardist and a vocalist for the multi-award winning Rhode Island-based modern pop/rock band Shryne.

Through his six years in college, he was employed as a Troubleshooter for User Support Services at Rhode Island College, providing technical assistance to faculty and staff throughout the campus. He was also Technology Director and Webmaster for four years at The Anchor, the student newspaper of RIC.

Alex is currently employed as a Resident Music Director at the Courthouse Center for the Arts in West Kingston, RI, a professional theatre and fine arts center. He is also Vice President and Resident Music Director for the East Providence Community Theatre.
