Toxic Caves is the first level in Sonic Spinball. After being shot down by Dr. Robotnik in the opening sequence, Sonic arrives in a toxic dump, complete with mine carts and a river of hazardous sewage. The level itself consists of two-mini boards along with a larger board that the level starts off with.
