- 1999 — Issue #150 of Sonic the Comic is released in the United Kingdom. Issue #70 of Sonic the Hedgehog by Archie Comics is released in North America.
- 2016 — Sonic Advance 2 is released on the Wii U Virtual Console in Japan.
- 2021 — Issue #37 of the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series by IDW Publishing is released in North America.
