Template:Program SKC-Midi (or Sonic and Knuckles PC Collection MIDI Tool with its long name) is a utility for extracting and inserting MIDI music in Sonic & Knuckles Collection. It was written by ValleyBell in Visual Basic 6.
It has lots of features (like standardizing imported MIDIs) that make importing songs easier and more comfortable, but advanced users may also work with raw (though only uncompressed) binary files or SysEx commands. A mass-extraction/-insertion feature allows the user to extract and replace all 112 songs at once.
The included ReadMe includes some how-tos for the basic insertion and extraction of songs.
