Neo South Island Zone is the first level from Sonic Pocket Adventure. This level is recreation of a Sonic level with a layout consisting of parts of Emerald Hill Zone, Angel Island Zone, and Palmtree Panic Zone. All badniks are from Emerald Hill.
The boss is a combination of the Aquatic Ruin Zone Boss' hammer and the car part on the Emerald Hill Zone Boss.
