Metal Island is the fourth level in Tails' Skypatrol. It's a giant airship, possibly a reference to Wing Fortress Zone. It uses graphics from Sonic CD's Tidal Tempest. Badniks are Tobikoshi Crows, Balloon Guns, Bee Flies, Dorigames and Hanerutons. The boss of this zone is the Carrotia. The Area Bonus gives you 15,000 points.
