Level select

A menu from which you are able to access any level, special stage, bonus stage (in Sonic 3 & Knuckles only), 2-player levels (in Sonic 2 and Sonic 3 only) and the sound test. Only the Genesis games have level selects; the Advance games do not (or they are not known). Entering a level from the level select screen will enable using Start+A (return to title screen), Start+B (slow-motion) and Start+C (frame advance). This will not, however, enable object placement or gravity reversal; this requires debug mode.
