A menu from which you are able to access any level, [[special stage]], [[bonus stage]] (in [[Sonic 3 & Knuckles]] only), 2-player levels (in [[Sonic 2]] and [[Sonic 3]] only) and the sound test. Only the Genesis games have level selects; the Advance games do not (or they are not known).
