Kathleen Delaney is an American voice actress who works on the properties of 4Kids Entertainment.

She is best known for voicing Rouge the Bat on Sonic X. From 2005 onward she has also voiced Rouge in the video game series, beginning with Shadow the Hedgehog. She replaced Lani Minella, who voiced Rouge in previous games.
