-GenaDrive is a Genesis/MegaDrive emulator for the XBox (There's also a Windows binary). There are a few things missing, but a good bunch of games are playable.
-Sound is (kind of) supported, but there's no PSG or DAC, and all FM-voices are square wave noises. [http://oerg866.hacking-cult.org/Noway_Genadrive.ogg Here ]'s an example of it playing the "NO WAY? NO WAY!" music.
