Boogey Man is a 3 eyed being which was created via Professor Von Schlemmer's dream machine, which has the ability to turn dream beings into reality. It was featured in the show Boogey-Mania. The Boogey Man has great strength and can crash through a wall pretty easily. It can shoot electricity from it's fingers. After a battle with a rival monster, created by Tails it returns to Robotnik's brain.
