Bark the Polar Bear is one of the one-hit-wonders from Sonic the Fighters. He's slow and powerful like Big, but assumedly less dumb. He wears a touque and scarf, as well as the obligatory gloves and shoes.
Bark also appeared in Fighters Megamix.
