An arcade is a building usually filled with amusement devices of an electronic videogame nature. In short, it's a place where you can go to play videogames that you may not (or sometimes can not) have at home. However, it's like any other business, and it exists to make money. Consider yourself lucky if you find a nice, cheap arcade with good games.
