Pro Action Reply is a device created by Datel which allows you to enter cheat codes, modifying the game's ROM and RAM on-the-fly.
The Megadrive Pro Action Replay was similar to the Game Genie in that it fit between the console and game cartridge. However, the Game Genie couldn't modify the RAM.
