Metal Island is the forth level in Tails Sky Patrol. It's a giant airship, possibly a reference to Wing Fortress Zone. It uses graphics from Tidal Tempest Zone. Badniks are Tobikoshi Crows, Balloon Guns, Bee Flies, Dorigames and Hanerutons. The boss of this zone is the Carrotia. The Area Bonus gives you 15,000 points.
