As for the merged page name, we have to take into account that other games have medals as collectibles that serve different purpose, so we'll have to work out page naming and the likes. --BSonirachi (talk) 18:59, 27 January 2024 (EST)

So, about the medals, yes, I guess we could merge, but the name might have to be something overly complicated / disconnected with the actual medals' names (I couldn't think of a better idea, but I get your point). My idea was expanding on the medals' purpose in Unleashed PS2 (I mean, I actually created the page and didn't know exactly the best way to introduce them, but other wikis created a page for all Sonic medals with sections for each medal or both and/or address them in location guides in case of the PS3 version, or Gaia Gates guides in case of the PS2 version like fandom or gamefaqs). I think the best idea might be leaving the both medals' page simple and leaving a redirect link to a page with their purpose, like the Gaia Gates page in the PS2/Wii section, and the guide's page in the PS3/X-Box version section. --SonicUnleashedPS2 (talk) 19:34, 27 January 2024 (EST)

Hmmm, perhaps it might be best to merge this page with the Moon Medal page, as both medals, while separate from one another, serve the exact same purpose as one another: to unlock new levels in the HD versions and to unlock bonus rooms in the SD versions. The manuals also use "Medal" as a catch-all term for both types of medals on various pages.

As for the merged page name, we have to take into account that other games have medals as collectibles that serve different purpose, so we'll have to work out page naming and the likes. --BSonirachi (talk) 18:59, 27 January 2024 (EST)
