For the "super" version of Sonic, see Super Sonic.

SUPERSONIC is a maxi-single released in 1992 by Internal Affairs, a subsidiary of Zomba Records, on CD, cassette and vinyl formats. The single is credited to "H.W.A. (Hedgehog With Attitude) featuring Sonic the Hedgehog", and is a standalone release, not tied to an album.

On the back of the single case/sleeve, it mentions the tracks as well as the following:

All Proceeds that SEGA receive from sales of this record will be donated to the Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy Centre. The charity helps children with severe learning difficulties communicate through the medium of music.

It also includes SEGA's old tagline "To be this good takes AGES. To be this good takes SEGA."[1]
