JP/EU Final game

The title screen in this prototype has been updated to match that of the final game, except the copyright text on the bottom uses a slightly less thick font. The music that plays for the title screen is the same one used in the 510 and 512 prototypes.

Menu navigation is inverted compared to the final, and while "New Game", "Continue" and "Time Attack" are functional and selectable, there is no "RAM Data" screen yet.
