Bark the Polar Bear's character model from Sonic the Fighters.
Bark the Polar Bear is one of the one-hit-wonders from Sonic the Fighters, like Bean the Dynamite. He's slow and powerful like Big, but obviously is more of a fighter. He wears a touque and scarf, as well as the obligatory gloves and shoes.
Bark also appeared in Fighters Megamix.
