Ikue Ôtani (大谷 育江) (born August 18, 1965) is a Japanese actress, voice actress and narrator from Tokyo. Her most famous role is the voice of Pikachu in the Pokémon anime and video game series, but she is also known for various anime roles such as Tony Tony Chopper in One Piece, Konohamaru Sarutobi in Naruto and Mitsuhiko Tsuburaya in Detective Conan.
In the Sonic series, she has provided the Japanese voice of Lumina Flowlight.
