Categorization query

Why are most hacks placed in the main Hacks category as well as their respective game's subcategory? Is it intentional or simply a left-over from the time when the Hack template didn't automatically categorize hacks and so each page had to be manually categorized? --Shobiz 14:25, 22 June 2010 (UTC)

Okay so if no one voices any objections within 48 hours I'll be removing all hacks which are in any game's subcategory from the main category, because I think having hacks in both the main category and the game's subcategory is plain dumb. --Shobiz 18:22, 5 August 2010 (UTC)

I do believe that this is left over from when hacks were not categorized by game. --PicklePower 00:17, 6 August 2010 (UTC)

Issue with Template?

I have something to add here as well. Why is there 2 "Games" links on the bottom of every hack page that has Category:Hacks in it? --RGamer2009 11 July 2010

It was because Category:Hacks was categorized in Category:Games. --PicklePower 17:34, 14 July 2010 (UTC)
