Nineko is an Italian scener. He has lots of technical knowledge, specifically of music formats such as XM and MOD, as well as the SMPS format used in Sonic games. He wrote Xm2smps and Xm3smps, and is also working on a hack, SoniNeko.
He currently acts as a sysop on the Sonic Retro wiki.
