The Taxman is a longtime Sonic scener and creator of the infamous Retro Sonic fangame engine, which exhibits a very accurate representation of the classic Sonic engine on the x86 platform. Also created a page documenting the Sonic CD 510 beta.
Is currently working on Retro Sonic XG with Sir Euan.
